Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Rodrigo has performance degrees from Marshall University (WV), and from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. He has performed in South America, the USA, as well as in Europe.
The concert will feature a wide range of music appealing to guitar students as well as to the general public.
Rodrigo has more than 15 years of experience teaching classical, pop, rock, and jazz guitar, aiming towards musicianship, technique, and performance practices. He is also frequently requested for master classes and lectures regarding Latin American Music.
The concert is free to the public. A free will offering will be accepted to benefit the outreach ministry of Enslow Park Presbyterian Church in Huntington, WV, located in the Appalachian Mountain region of West Virginia.
