I have the sheet music for Segovia's transcription in D minor of CPE Bach's 'Siciliana'. There are several references to the original key being F# minor, but its origin is hard to track down because CPE Bach wrote many movements called Siciliana, presumably all in 6/8 or 12/8, and he commonly used the key of F# minor. Does anyone know whether this is a stand-alone piece, or whether it is a movement from a larger work? And if the latter, which one?

Found it (thanks to help on the Delcamp forum). It is CPE Bach's Keyboard Sonata in B Minor, Wq.63/4 H.73: III. Allegro siciliano scherzando.
