There are now laws to stop your rude, unacceptable ghetto behavior.
Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Georgia and a host of individual cities
have enacted laws against this trashy display originating in the
prisons and endorsed by radical colored gang members.
Donna Morley, president of the Arkansas Education Association says
''the bill will help improve the learning environment in schools. It
will also help youth be better prepared for entering the work world
where appropriate attire is expected''
