is needed for my 6 year old grandson who says he is interested in learning
to play. Any suggestions on that and what book to use (just interested in
seeing what you all will come up with)? I'll start him off and see how that
goes.

Teach him simple chords and songs. The method is much less
important than keeping your grandson interested. The RMCG archive has
lots of good stuff about how to get a guitar.
