Although it was not called a WORLD PREMIERE there was another Barrios
premiere. I'll post the concert programs and details later.

Cup Cake, playing what you call Bicho Feo in a private hospice just
doesn't compute. You ought to have played it on your radio show, over
the air, so we could judge and "critique" your work and the Great
Guitar-Music Ponzi Scheme.

Save your breath, grandma, you'll need it to blow up your date.
Another thing, jailbird- I heard that your nickname in prison was
"Corn-Chip", because you were "Frito-Lay." (have someone 'splain it
to you).

Toodles,

I was thinking the same thing. If he keeps his spontaneity -- if he
can stay alive to the music, if he doesn't succumb to the forces that
cause many good players to go numb and sound canned -- he could be The
Next Big Thing for CG.

I notice he studies with Fisk in Boston. Elliot could use some
lessons from this guy!

Addendum to the above; if he gets a better sounding guitar.

Fisk knows how to play well, he just doesn't most of the time. I think
he doesn't prepare sufficiently.

He needs an omnidirectional mic. I hear a curtain effect in the sound,
which is a fault of directional mics. ... Maybe a guitar too, it's
hard to tell.
