Yea, it looks a lot like mine. Notice the lack of middle joint movement in 'm' finger. I don't think forcing movement from that joint will do any good. It's a symptom, not a cause. Same thing with the pull to the right with 'm'. 'i' finger kind of pokes at the string instead of swinging freely. The 'i', I think, is inhibited by the tense 'm' and the general lack of a ballistic approach. If you look at my last video you can that, although the alternation is uneven, the fingers have quite a bit of movement - they swing.

TP isn't listening, he should. I am sure his RH problems cause
problems in other aspects of his technique. He may or may not realize
this. He should be begging for your video.
