Man! Do we have it easy now a day or what? This guy should have no problem whatsoever to look at himself in a mirror ... The penny, the cardboard matches and now this ... Times are changing!

I'm trying to get a good copy of John Stump's "Faeries Aire...",
suitable for framing. He would be just the man for the job, impossible
music presented with a nigh-inconceivable level of skill.

Henle-Verlag sells their original engraved plates now that they use
computers. I have page 52 from the Chopin Mazurkas edition. Pretty
cool that it is an entirely unique artifact and always will be. No
indication of the particular engraver.

Thanks, Richard! The site is not exactly user-friendly in terms of
selling stuffs. I emailed them for pointers. How did you acquire
yours?
Thanks,

John

You're right about the site. You add it to your wish list then go to
the wish list on the left side and click on 'where to buy'. A couple
other web sites come up but I don't remember which of those I used
although it was probably Sheet Music Plus since I often buy from
them:

For those interested in buying one of these engraving plates, here it
is from Hal Leonard Corp:

You mean the real metal thing with left over ink on it?
If the process would not end up so expensive , I would cover muy car with them and drive around the city listening to Michel Chapdelaine rendition of Granada full blast with open windows!

That makes me think, what if Herr kuhner decided to go around keying
people's cars with excerpts from Bach's Lute Suites, do you think
they'd mind?

What? If there were metal left on these cars I'd say go for it! It might get less press than graffiti but it would definitely be more classy!
