I'm uncertain how "based" you mean, but in the past, I've found lyrics
composed by Michael Card to frequently contain quotes from Old or New
Testament versions or be based on the events from specific Bible
verses.
Check out the lyrics by the group ApologetiX, whose lyrics are mostly
based on Bible verse material.

There is quite a lot. But I guess "40" by U2 is probably the most
promintent one though some would argue (and I would disagree) that U2 is
not a Christian band. Anyway it's psalm 40 with music... I don't know
any of the radio stations mentioned. So If I'm totally missing the point
I'm sorry...
