Indeed, and this IMO is exactly what didn't happen. I guess I just feel
that God
doesn't need to be sold via gimmickry, or acting. After all, He is
supposed to be
more powerful than anything/one else, so if He can'et do it without us
embelishing
the truth with a stage show then He's obviously not as powerful as what
we think?

Unfortunately, some of the people who came along are very difficult to
realte to
(for instance, my ex girlfriend - I care about her a lot but find it
difficult to
be close and share how I feel anymore). I have however, made my feelings
about the
performance clear to them, so I hope they don't assume that all
christianity is
like this.

I hope so...

Although all the christians who attended the concert really loved it and
thought
that it was all 'anointed by God'. It makes me wonder if we as
christians are able
to tell anymore how to relate to non christians.

I think, in large part, "Christian society" has become so isolated from
the "real world" that we _don't_ know how to relate to non-Christians
anymore. But there are, I'm glad to say, many exceptions to this. You
just have to know where to look.
