Caoineadh Cu Chulainn -- pronunciation/translation?

Just like the subject says -- I'm looking for how to pronounce this phrase,
and if possible a translation... Caoineadh Cu Chulainn (the u in "Cu" has the
accent over it, the little slanted line pointing diagonally up to the right).

It's pronounced keen-nu cu hullin (this "h" starts in the back of the throat)
