Happy St. Patrick's Day from St. John's, Newfoundland.

Probably in the evening I will be having my celebratory
beer at home, since several people over 65 are in my
immediate circle, even though only one COVID-19
case has been reported in the province so far.

But if anyone is going out, there will be a good show
at The Black Sheep on George (former Fat Cat) from
7 to 10 p.m. featuring Colleen Power, Sherry Ryan,
Jason Whelan, and perhaps Darren Browne if he is
back from his cancelled Burning Hell tour. Cover
is $15. If that is too steep for you, Erin's Pub
has a good show on for $5.

The show at The Black Sheep has been cancelled.

I don’t know abut the Erin’s show but suspect that it is as well.

Also Folk Night at The Ship Pub has been cancelled
until further notice.
