I don´t know whether my posting fits this newsgroup or not, so please
forgive me for posting this here.
I am looking for a recording of the the Breton Gwerz singer Denez
Prigent. He recorded his first album "Ha daouarn" in 1994,
unfortunately this recording only exists on tape.
Since I live in Austria and it´s hard enough to get hold of his CDs I
don´t have high hopes to find the music tape anywhere.
Do you have any suggestion where I could find the songs from this album
on ANY source?
Thanks,
Alexander
PS. I tried downloading already, but it´s not offered.
You might try asking for it in the group
alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.celtic. There are a number of people there who
often post Breton music.

thanks alot for the advice!
Alex
maybe I am no experienced enough for this, but I can´t seem to find
this group. Are you sure that alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.celtic exists?
Thanks,
Alex
I know it exists because I subscribe to it. It is possible that your
ISP does not carry it, however.
You might also try looking for alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.folk - there is
a lot of cross-posting between the two groups.
