Spiral patterns - online resources??

I'm working on a reproduction of a plate from the Lindisfarne Gospels.
I'm wondering if anyone here knows of any online resources on
drawing/constructing spiral patterns. I've got Aidan Meehan's book on
spirals on order, but I'd like to know if there are any other
references available on the net.

The standard work on all forms of celtic patterns, Knotwork, Spiral,
Lettering, Human, animal and plant forms is ;

constable.

My experience is that other writers have used his work for their more
expensive books.

This has to "The Bible" for students of this form of art.
