This is such a great game and a collector's edition to boot this is so awesome. I'm so glad that this type of builder game is finally a collector's edition. There is so much going on with this game the graphics are awesome, the music is cute and whimsical, the colors are bright and vibrate. This is a builder game much like the MKFTP, and ROR you go around collecting your resources such as wood, food, and stones you have to build your buildings saw mill, rock quarry, farm and gold mine and some levels have special buildings to build, you also have to clear debris off of the road that is blocking your path. Then you have the bad guys that you have to get rid of and collect your rent the rent has to be collected by certain people and the bad guys have to be fought off by certain people there are power ups hidden all around along with jewels that you collect and you are able to upgrade all of your buildings to a level 3 and the quicker you can upgrade your buildings the better chance you have of completing the level quicker there are side task you have to do for some of the creatures that are lying in the road. The story is really cute your trying to restore your homeland and free the princess but not without fighting off bandits and monsters. There is a timer but you can continue the level after the timer passes the gold mark and if your not happy that you didn't get the gold the first time you can always go back and replay the level. Some of the levels you need to do some planning on in order to finish in time to get the gold and they can be challenging but they are always fun. There are a lot of awards you can win and there is a built in guide if you should need some help on planning how to finish a level. This is a awesome builder game and I'm so glad it's a collector's edition I absolutely love it the developers got this one dead on. Episode 31 - Merchantville

Trade for food frequently as you have a large food goal

Pick up food, berries, and wood

Upgrade hut

Pick up resources

Work over to quarry and mine

Trade for food and pick berries

Build the quarry

Clear some logs in front of cottages

Build the mine

Build the market

Upgrade hut to level 3

Build the town hall

Repair all the cottages

Upgrade the town hall to level 2

Explore the 2 areas

Collect for the guard arch, 20 food, 4 wood, 20 stone, 10 gold and then build

Build barracks and upgrade twice to Level 3

Clear the enemy barricade

Explore 2 more areas

Build the 2nd guard arch

Keep collecting food




Episode 32 - The Quarries

On this level you will trade stone for food and food for wood

Trade for wood

Upgrade hut

Trade for wood and remove gold blocking mine

Remove rock blocking mine

Upgrade hut to level 3

Build the mine

Repair a few quarries and trade for wood

Upgrade mine to level 2

Remove log blocking storage

Build storage

Upgrade mine to level 3

Upgrade hut to level 4

Give 20 food to Cyclops

Trade for food and wood

Upgrade storage to level 2

Give Cyclops 20 food and 20 gold

Then give Cyclops 50 gold; you want to do these quickly because a mercenary will come a wreak destruction until the Cyclops blocks the road

Go nuts clearing paths and upgrading quarries, while trading for food and wood

Finish repairing the road



Episode 33 - A Shortcut

Pick up wood

Build sawmill

Clear one log and pick berries

Upgrade hut

Build bridge

Build farm

Upgrade lumber mill

Upgrade farm

Clear road

Clear down to mine

Build storage

Upgrade hut to level 3

Build bridge to mine

Build gold mine

Fix holes in the road

Upgrade gold mine twice to level 3

Upgrade storage

Build barracks

Pay elder 50 gold

Upgrade barracks

Clear the barricade you can and fight off enemies

Upgrade barracks to level 3

Remove last barricades




Episode 34 - Fire Mountain

You will need 5 workers to finish

Pick up food through cave and repair farm

Pick up gold through cave and repair gold mine

Repair quarry

Clear to bottom berry bush

Trade food for wood

Upgrade farm to level 3

Clear logs

Upgrade mine to level 2

Upgrade quarry to level 2

Upgrade hut to level 3

Clear up to skill recharger

Upgrade hut to level 4

Give elder 10 food

Build barracks

Remove barricades blocking berry bushes and 2nd hut

Repair 2nd hut

Start destroying mercenary camps as you upgrade the barracks twice to level 3

Send workers to the mountain top to remove the rock




Episode 35 - Gold Rush

Pick up food and wood

Repair the farm

Pick up down near the storage and get 2 gold veins

Repair the storage

Upgrade the farm to level 2

Upgrade the hut to level 3

Repair the town hall

Keep clearing

Explore the strange places as they become available

Build 2 mines

Upgrade the storage

Explore and build another mine; the next 3 only need exploring and not building

Build outposts as you can

Collect gold

Pick up food and clear 2 logs

Build bridge

Clear 1st log

Build fisherman

Repair 1st 2 mills

Upgrade fisherman

Clear to storage

Remove big rock

Upgrade hut to level 3

Give Cyclops 30 food

Clear to gold mine, build, and upgrade to level 2

Clear barricade between town hall and cottages

Repair town hall and 2 cottages

Upgrade barracks to level 3

Collect gold for Cyclops

Remove barricade




Episode 38 - The Flying Ship

Build lumber mill

Build farm

Upgrade mill

Upgrade farm

Clear to storage, quarry and mine

Build storage

Build quarry

Build Mine

Upgrade hut to level 3

Build the town hall and cottages

Upgrade storage

Clear big rock

Upgrade cottages

Pay elder 50 gold

Upgrade hut to level 4

Collect supplies to build the flying ship (2 stages)

Stop collecting stone at the second stage




Level 39 - The Sword of the Black Pond

This level is kind of crazy busy and all over the place.

The buildings when repaired are at various levels.

You want to get up to Level 3 lumber mill, fisherman, cottages, and quarry,

You want level 2 town hall and storage and level 4 hut with outposts

You will need to trade with the traders as needed

Once you have everything built, build the wharf

Load the 200 gold into the boat first

Now keep trading with whatever gold you have to get up to 200 food, stone, and wood.

Repair out to the Black Pone Sword while collecting resources




Level 40 - Castlerock

Pick up everything

Build and upgrade farm twice to level 3

Build market and storage

Upgrade hut to level 3

Build wharf a.s.a.p. after getting storage

Boats will arrive and drop off lots of supply

Upgrade storage

Upgrade market

Upgrade hut to level 4

Once ships leave and everything you can clear everything you can get to

Build barracks

Use warriors to destroy the camps at the end of the roads first (while fighting off enemies)

Clear barricades blocking all the buildings

Repair town hall

Repair cottages

Upgrade one level 2 cottage to level 3

Repair 2nd hut

Repair more barracks and upgrade (need 6 warriors)

Buy wood and stone as needed to build bridges

Pay elder

Destroy all barricades

Use warriors to break down the door


Trophies

If you are into trophies, you can go back and get gold on any levels you missed.

If you are not playing the collector's edition, you may have to play a level to get a bronze medal

If you are playing the collector's edition, play the bonus levels and odds are 1) you won't be able to get gold on all of them and 2) you will be getting a bronze or two.


Bonus Levels

In the bonus levels, you play as the enemy as several levels from the regular game.

It is very confusing and hard to get gold. However, the gold does not count toward the all gold medal.

I just played through the best I could, got my bronze medal, and when finished got my last medal for completing the bonus levels.
