Most Galician/Asturian bands now seem to be going for strong African and
Arabic influences too. Hevia, Suzanne Seivan, etc downwards.

Althougn not quite the same as afro celt sound system you should look for
music from IONA (you can't compare their music with anything, it's a mix of
different music styles with strong celtic influences and a lot of
percussion/drums.
