Has this CD been reissued before in the U.S.? I know most (if not all) of
the Evans canon has come out so I was surprised to see a cover I was
unfamiliar with.
I really like it. Are there other "live" dates with Chuck Israels & Larry
Bunker you'd recommend???
What are the tunes?

This has already been made available on the Bill Evans Complete Verve
recordings CD box set (aka the rust box).
There a concert by this trio recorded in Paris around 1965 that was put
out on LP by Affinity. It has one of my favorite versions of the oft-
recorded "Nardis".

This was originally issued on a Verve LP in the early 70's. Evans
recorded two nights at the Trident in July, 1964, but for some reason,
he or the label did not feel that the sessions were worth releasing.
There is some discussion of this in the notes to the Verve box.
After Evans left Verve, they released 8 tracks on the LP entitled "Bill
Evans Live". As usual, Evans is playing marvelously, and one wonders
just what it was to which he objected.
The full two nights (41 tracks) are available on the Verve box, and are
one of the reasons I bought the damned thing.
