I am just curious. Does anyone out there know a REALLY good left-handed
jazz drummer?????

I have heard of only one and I have forgotten his name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Well, Phil Collins ->used<- to fit into this category...but since he has been
emphasizing more on vocals these days, I don't think I would include him
now. (PC fans, please don't flame me.)

I am also aware of the fact that this person did say "jazz" drummers. PC is
very jazz influenced, and his style used to lean in that direction. But for
the purists, he probably wouldn't count. Anyway...would drummers who
play "ambidexterously" (sp) count in this one? Drummers like Billy Cobham
or Lennie White (Where is he now?). Actually, my list is even short in this
category, mainly because many drummers I know of I haven't actually seen
play. Hmmmm...guess I'll have to think about this one for a while.

There's a good jazz drummer here in San Diego that's left-handed..
His name is Kevin Koch and he's currently playing with Fattburger..
