In his autobiography, Miles speculates the Columbia will release all
that great music from the vaults when it's most likely to sell a lot.
Like when he's dead.
How sad to see his macabre prophecy fulfilled.

Ross Porter also put together a five-hour radio documentary about
Miles. It was broadcast last spring on CBC`s stereo radio network on
consecutive Sunday afternoons. The programs were very well produced
and of course featured plenty of music.
I`m not sure, but it`s possible that transcripts or tapes may
be available. Check out the CBC website. http://www.cbc.ca
The show Ross Porter hosts regularly is called Nightlines,
it`s produced at CBC-Winnipeg.
Let`s hope for a re-broadcast soon!

YEah - it was an amazing show. I should've taped it. But I want to
get all those CDs in the long run.
