Does anyone have the changes to the tags on Round Midnight as recorded
in the famous Miles Davis version? I know the changes to the tune, but
I'm only looking for the beginning 8 bars and the the 16-bar tag at the
end of the tune. Thanks in advance.

Not too sure about the Miles version, but the intro and coda as played by
Monk go:

Intro:

| Am7b5 | D7alt | Gm7b5 | C7alt | Fm7b5 | Bb7alt | x | x |

I think Monk generally improvised over the Bb7, or E7, over the last two
bars; Miles played an Eb minor chord.

Coda:

| Cm7b5 | F7b5 | Cm7b5 | F7b5 | F#m7 | B7b5 | F#m7 | B7b5 |

| Bm7 | E7 | Fm7b5 | Bb7 | Eb

At the end of the coda is a mleodic figure in fourths that is usually not
accompanied by any chords.

Hopefully, then, you did not get these from the Real Book, which has around
half the chords wrong (check: second bar should be Cm7b5 Abm7 Db7, not Fm7
Bb7).
