"Our Man In Jazz" Sonny Rollins

I've been looking for a CD copy of this popular "free" Sonny Rollins live set
with Don Cherry. I've heard it to be issued as "On the Outside" with extra
tracks but I've been unable to locate either one. If you know it's still in
print and where I could buy it, your help is gonna make me happy.

It was available as ON THE OUTSIDE (Bluebird/RCA 2496-2-RB). I picked
up a copy about 5 years ago, but suspect it may be out of print at the
moment (at least in the U.S.). The material is available, however, on
the Rollins COMPLETE RCA VICTOR RECORDINGS 6 CD set that was released
last year. It's definitely worth the effort to track this down, btw.

As well as the RCA Complete, there is a reissue by Classic Compact Discs in
a Gold CD 20 bit remaster edition. Cost around $23.00. Address is Classic

Classic Records has a "audiophile" version on gold CD that sounds great
but doesn't have the extra tracks. Their number is 1-800-457-2577 and
the number is LSPCD 2612. Those tracks are also on the complete RCA
Victor recordings of Sonny Rollins which is a 6 CD box set and does
include the extra tracks.
