Saturday night I met two friends at The Fat Cat Blues Bar where there
was a mini-festival with backing musicians Paul Kinsman on keys,
Paul "Boomer" Stamp on drums and Brian Kenny on bass, with a
series of front people who were Scott Goudie, Chris Kirby,
Darrell Cooper, Denis Parker, Lori Cooper and Chris Badcock.
I stayed for all but the last (Chris Badcock), plus there may have
been a jam to end the night, and I then went to Erin's where I
heard some Connemara minus Glen Hiscock who is on tour.

Yesterday and last night we got about 38 cm of snow so I was
shovelling for a sister. Today I did a lot of walking, which along
with the shovelling has left me stiff tonight.
