Let's face it, Paul McCartney was the Sinatra of the Sixties', how many
women pissed in their pants (can I say "pants" here?) listening to Frankie
and Pauley (just don't use a Pentium to figure this equation
out....Pentiums are defective in complicated mathematical equations....)

Sinatra was good looking, a GREAT singer fifty years ago. I love a lot
of his stuff. Pauley is still good looking, GREAT singer....both are
past their peak.

Bono needs a job, obviously. Sinatra is looking and sounding terrible
these days. Good move on Paul's part to stay away from this....hell,
LIKE HE NEEDS THE MONEY, ha ha....

And actually, Paul is more talented than Sinatra....after all he wrote
"Eleanor Rigby" "Let It Be" "Fool on the Hill" "Hello Goodbye" "Blackbird"
shee--it, the list goes on and on. Sinatra didn't write a song in his
life....I believe Cole Porter wrote "Night and Day" "I Get a Kick Out
of You" "I've Got You Under My Skin" and whoever wrote "New York New York"
ought to be shot, as it is a piece of musical feces (did Ringo write this?)

Sure, Paul wrote "Silly Love Songs", and "When I'm 64", but what did Sinatra
ever write? "Kill that bitch"....hastily scrawled to a mafia hit man.

Christ, I'm getting silly. Main point is I love Sinatra's singing....
love Porter, Hoagy Carmichael, and Nelson Riddle was Sinatra's George
Martin.

Just glad to see McCartney stayed away from this "project".

Now his desultory efforts with M. Jackson the pederast and Stevie Wonder
were definitely retarded....but obviously he has learned from this.

You are never to old to stop learning, or in Sinatra's case....stop
singing.....HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU NEED ANYWAY???????

I know for fact that he co-wrote at least one song: "Mistletoe and
Holly" from his Capitol Christmas Record.

I sort of like Frank's DUETS, especially the new one. If you want to
hear some really bad Sinatra, wade through his 70's recordings and
hear how he didn't even bother to phrase the words with effort.
At least on DUETS, he shows more often than not that he is still excited.

Do you think you will last on r.m.b past the new year?

You forget that Sinatra was still talented in his fifties though.

If McCartney is that bad now, I shudder at the thought of what he'll be
like when he's Sinatra's age.

"New York New York" was written by Fred Ebb and John Kandor. I don't
care what you say--I do like the song.

How about Frank and George singing it together?

Frankie used to introduce "Something" as his "tribute to Mr. Lennon
and Mr. McCartney" ;^)
