ebay Item number: 270333001780
Beatles OUTSTANDING VINTAGE SIGNED FAN CLUB PHOTO CARD!
Seller: perrydcox

This has just been brought to my attention!!! Alert folks!!!
This item is a secretarial, the five fine print points -

1. Harrison does not make triangles with his 'g's and conclude his sig
with a straight line.
2. Paul does not loop his 'P's
3. Ringo's signature looked forced and he doesn't cross his star with
the 'g'
4. Lennon does not end his signature with a 'y', also the 'e' looked
contrived.
5. All the signatures are the same size and slant which is indicative of
one hand which points to an obvious secretarial. A poser (fan club
secretaries) pawing off signatures.

Somebody is going to get ripped off bigtime. Please do a google
search for Frank Caiazzo before buying and authenticated by these hucksters.

Then again, since these two have been at for so long has anybody looked
into the thought that both Frank and Perry are buying vintage pens, fan
club cards, autograph books on ebay and turning out their own little
money making lucrative operation?

Well, thank God the auction is now oveer so we can stop seeing your
innappropriate whining in the newsgroup. The problem, if there ever was
one, is now between the selller and the buyer. Why a third party like
you ever thought taking your complaint public would be a solution to the
situation is a mystery.

1) Let's see the link
2) I don't see the problem with alerting Fab fans to possible dodgy
autographs, fishy or not - it's commendable to warn people
3) Meatgirl? Who's Meatgirl? Never heard of her. Anononny-mouse
abounds from thrower to throwee, who gives a toss?
4) Don't really see this as inappropriate whining, just warning people
of possible dodgy sigs.

I'm glad I didn't buy it, but then I'd never be able to afford such
items anyway. Anyway you don't take nothing with ya when you die.

Don't you mean "Expected", if you think I'm a twat and you don't think
I make sense, and you think my post doesn't make sense, then that
would be expected....wouldn't it?

Maybe I should speel it out for you carefully:

Warning Beatle fans of dodgy signatures on e-bay *is a good thing*.

And let me "SPEEL" it out for you...

Warning people about an Ebay auction in a newsgroup makes NO SENSE at
all. Especially one where 20 or more people had already made bids.
Nothing said or done in here was going to change the fact that the
autographs were up for sale. Nothing said or done in here was going to
un-do the bids already made. Ultimately it boils down to the buyer and
the seller.

I've had you in my killfile for the past 180 days, hoping when you snuck
back out, you'd be less of a stupid, arrogant twit. I was hoping....

Gotta go with Danny here (strange, eh?). There could have been some
RMB'ers sucked into the auction. Some of us *are* Beatles fans, after
all.

>>2) I don't see the problem with alerting Fab fans to possible dodgy
>>autographs, fishy or not - it's commendable to warn people

Correct. Frank Caiazzo and Perry Cox's house of cards are crumbling.
Look at the facts.
1. Any set of Beatles signatures that are authenticated by anybody else
out of the Caiazzo and Cox clan are deemed fakes this is so they can
attach exorbitant prices. Beatles signatures are common, and they're
little scheme (over 20 years) has caused inflated prices.
2. Never send copies of your signatures to Caiazzo and Cox this so they
can build a d-base to cull well let's say, it seems Cox has been selling
many signatures without stating the provenance? Unusual isn't it. Ask
any collector of signatures and the first thing they will ask is for
documented provenance (where it came from).
Both Caiazzo and Cox fail to do that.

>>3) Meatgirl? Who's Meatgirl? Never heard of her. Anononny-mouse
>>abounds from thrower to throwee, who gives a toss?

First of all MeatGirl is posting from Maryland.
Note she fails to provide an email address. As far as i'm concerned
she can kiss my ass.

>>4) Don't really see this as inappropriate whining, just warning people
>>of possible dodgy sigs.

It ain't. Open your eyes people. The Beatles collectibles market is run
by a mafia of dealers who manipulate-inflate the prices of goods at the
expense of the collector. When Perry Cox got into this business with
Jerry Osborne, check the early editions of Osborne's prices guides,
Osborne omitted Beatles record prices so Cox can have his slice of the
pie; his Beatles price guides. Osborne got his slice of the pie by
selling separate Presley price guides. The whole shenanigans has fucked
up the record collectors market that its spawned prices guides for
almost every genre.
Neither one should be trusted. Also ask around but there's a very bitter
battle that some dealers are doing switch outs. For instance you send
dealer A, your first state Beatles butcher cover to authenticate. This
dealer then deems it a fake and sends you back a bootleg, replica,
counterfeit that is called a switch out and in these pressing times is
becoming more prevalent.

So there you have it ladies and gents. The emperors where no clothes.
I wonder if the Taxman is aware of their little profitable operation he
he. So I post here to warn fellow collectors. Be very wary even of so
called reputable dealers.

Your Yoko Ono is Evil is old, old, old. Wasting all that energy on
someone you don't know, will never know, is ten years too many. And
it's ten years you'll never get back. You're obviously bright, funny,
and you have friends, John Lennon not being one of them. You've traded
on your Cheeky Scouser instead of the talent and intelligence you
possess. If you can make a living as a busker, you could probably do
something more useful and decorative than go on go on go on go
on....if this is really what you do in your middle age, you are
wasting your time and talent. And yeah, I think you must be talented
because busking is a lousy way to make a living.I know you're an
atheist, but I'm not and I don't think this is how the Big Guy wants
you to spend your life. Do you ? Sie might be right,I don't know.
That's the problem--unless you a come up with some reputable cites.

Lots of people don't like Yoko Ono but they don't spend hours
badmouthing her. In fact, although I like her art very much, her
singing drives me crazy. But you know what? I'd rather spend my
leisure time doing stuff that doesn't involve her at all. In fact, I
seldom think of her as John's wife, but as an artist. You may not like
her art, but that doesn't make her the devil incarnate. She's an old
woman who nobody takes seriously but you.You are wasting your time.
You are changing no one's mind.

Let's see--you've as much as accused her of murder by not wanting
bodyguards. You talk constantly about her wealth, but if you fell in
love with a rich girl would you break up with her just because you
aren't rich. Not a lot different than busking, unless you sleep with
your customers and make a lot of money even more money.Well, I don't
believe in voodoo, witchcraft (even though it runs in the my family),
or gossip, So I expect that makes me even more atheistic than you am.
I at least believe in Something.

Danny, you are either one of the best trolls in Usenet history or you
are letting a person you don't know and will never know, control your
time here in rec.music.Beatles. How can this make you happy? Or does
it make you an ordinary bloke with an einredinish (that's Yiddish for
idee fixe. which requires an acute accent I don't know how to do) that
you use to give you a reason to live. Unless you are planning to
outlive her, you're going to have to spend a great deal of grief
because you won't have her to abuse? What will you do then?

You're intelligent, witty, good with words. If this is all the fun you
get out of life, you're wasting time. You've seldom entered a thread
unless it was to insult Yoko Ono, insult someone who says anything
even neutral about Yoko and anyone who is positive about any aspect of
her life you positively persecute..

God is neither male or female. God is male and female. But for some
reason all monotheistic mainstream deities are 'he, him, his.' Just
trying to even the score a lttle bit.

TMIL told me about the German'sie'. I still don't care. Writing he/she

of us (or at least that's what Quakers believe, or I wouldn't be one)
even if they aren't Christian. God is imminent and transcendental. God

...and of course meanwhile I must be a twat to applaud scam warners.
Why? Because I have a go at YO.

I'm sensing this is not about me Queenie but about *something else*.
Get a grip Lizz.

What ad hominem attack?

I was having a go at people who diss scam warners. The Fucking Queen
came from bloody nowhere banging on about how I shouldn't be believed.

Mention YO? Me? Never!

I know, I'm not referring to your post that led to this. I agree with
you on that.

Well then young Richard, you should stroke me and pamper me. Hold me
tenderly and love me with words that sooth.

Sheesh.

No, no... the Walrus was *Mercury*.
The 'Yellow Submarine' was Mercury too.
And the 'Fool on the Hill' was a Lighthouse.
'Sgt. Pepper' was a Lighthouse too.
'Imagine' is about Hell - and 'It's a pity' is about suffering in Hell.

In fact, Paul McCartney admits on his latest CD 'The Fireman - Electric
arguments' that he is a Freemason. On the (plastic !) cover we are
supposed to remove, the blue dot says,
No, no sam,
it ain't no anagram.
The anagram of the first line reads,
Mason on

This explains all these Freemason codes present on Beatle records.
The word 'Beatle' is a Freemason code too.
