THANK YOU to ABC members Marty Willett and Surelle Pinkston, and to the
Georgia Music Hall of Fame in Macon for hosting our FAB-ulous "Day Trip"
last month! We had a total of 30 people turn out, and I think all who
came found it to be well worth the trip. The lucky winner of the
scavenger hunt was Vickie Grimes, with an honorable mention going to
Louise Harrison. We decided to make the Macon Day Trip an annual event, so
we'll do it again next winter!

Lou spoke to us at the Hall of Fame about her work with the Georgia
Environmental Organization. This group has acquired some property on the
Chattahoochee River. Watch for information soon about how The Atlanta
Beatles Club will be able to help this worthwhile project with work days
at the site coming up this spring and summer.

ABC Member Geoff Jacobs of Glass Onion Collectibles would like to offer
all ABC members a 10% discount & free shipping on any item purchased from
his catalog.
If you do not have a catalog, you can e-mail glass...@mindspring.com,
phone
770-972-8487, or fax 770-978-4254 to request a free catalog.
