Eyes peeled, people: A Beatle walks among us.

With a summer tour kicking off next week at the Niagara Fallsview Casino,
Ringo Starr is already in town for rehearsals. And the Fab Four'sdrummer
isn't being shy.

On Monday, Starr got his health food fix at the White Oaks Resort and Spa.

"He just literally walked in," said Mary Muraco, owner of the spa's
Naturally Healthy shop. "I called my sister and went, 'You know who's in the
store right now? Ringo Starr.' She goes, 'Yeah, right.'"

Sure enough, Starr and a few casino employees poked around the store for 20
minutes, stocking up on healthy grub to prepare for his 31-date All-Starr
Band tour.

Muraco has met several famous athletes and celebrities over the years, but
admits she was "star struck" when Starr strolled in.

"It must be the Beatle thing," she said. "There was a customer in the store
going, 'Oh my God' ... she was freaking out too."

Starr is no stranger to Ontario's casinos.

He kicked off his past three All-Starr Band tours at Casino Rama in Orillia.
Each time, he spent a week or more rehearsing at the venue and being spotted
around town.

Each tour features Starr and a lineup of musical friends. The 2008 edition
boasts Billy Squier, Edgar Winter, Gary Wright, Hamish Stuart of The Average
White Band, and former Men at Work singer Colin Hay.

The first two shows are June 19 and 20 at the Avalon Ballroom inside the
casino

Yea the same ones he did the first time I saw The All Starr Band almost 20
years ago and the one after. Which is why I probably won't see him this
time. Say what you want about Paul, but at least he gets into his concerts.
He actually loves being on stage. With Ringo, yea we get it, lets hear you
do With a Little Help From My Friends, Boys, and all the other ones you did
so many times over.

How about a surprise or two Ringo? You have a big catalogue. Jeez, even
George sang In My Life in 1974 when he was on tour.

I think "Niagra" Falls should be renamed Viagra Falls.

Except maybe then the water would try and go up instead of down?
