I don't know what to think, Saki. It's the same music promoted over
and over
again, and Lennon's solo work didn't get that much attention at the
time it
was released. Even McCartney and Harrison got better reviews for their
music, even Ringo. Is solo Lennon even worth mentioning?

Very nice tribute to John.

BTW, the article mentions the Paley Center in Manhattan which used to
be the Museum of Television and Radio. I was there once a long time
ago. Compared to major museums in NYC (like the Museum of Natural
History) it is a tiny place with small exhibits. However, I went
because they had a Beatles exhibit with recordings of some rare radio
interviews.

My point is that for those who are lucky enough to be in or near NYC,
the Lennon and Beatles exhibits that are now at the Paley Center would
probably be a treat for fans.
