I just wanted to blog and write about a musician/composer who I really
respect a lot. While watching the movie 300, I became a big fan of
Tyler Bates' music and his work ethic. I actually had the pleasure of
meeting him recently and was delighted to learn that he was one of the
most genuine, down-to-earth people I've ever met. He was excited to be
speaking to a fan in person, and was quick to give me great advice
(I'm also a musician). I think anyone who has the chance should check
out his music, including the recently released WATCHMEN Score and
Soundtrack.
