Live loop mixing software??

Hi

Does anyone know if there's a good (and free... very important) PC
program, like Mixman Studio, that lets you add several loops and turn them
on/off in a mix? So far the Mixman demo I've been using seems like it
would be the ideal program, if only it wasn't a demo and the user could
put all their own sounds on it.
