My name is Bob Baker and I'm putting the final touches on a book about
making money in the music business. I'm looking for real-life success
stories and anecdotes for possible inclusion in the book.
This is actually the 2nd printing of this book, originally titled "101
Ways to Make Money Right Now in the Music Business," published by
Rockpress of San Diego, CA. (ISBN 0-9627013-4-3) The first 5,000 print run
has almost sold out. The new, updated edition should be called simply
"Making Money Right Now in the Music Business." It will be distributed and
promoted by the people who put out the Mix Bookshelf catalog.
If I use your success story or tidbit, word of your band or music-related
business could potentially be read by thousands of people across the
country. I assume that if you send me the following information, you are
giving me permission to use it in the book (as well as possibly in my
column, newsletter or special special reports that I write).
While I encourage you to post your responses to this newsgroup, please do
one of the following things with your completed responses:
* E-mail your message to me at Bob10...@aol.com

P.O. Box 63423, St. Louis, MO 63163-3523

Please answer any or all of the following. And please don't give generic
