I swear I work with the 3 Stooges. End of year, a production bug,
give them a fix and they can't test it and get it in
production by the end of the day? It was a painfully simple fix.
Plus they took off for a 2 hour lunch and weren't available to test
the fix when it was first ready. Stooges.

Jeebus, they failed to follow instructions in the first place.

Oh well, I have a 4 day weekend, let's see what the new year brings.
Twats.

It's cool, I bought fireworks, went out for a nice dinner of lamb ribs
and P.E.I. mussels, the wife is skating on the neighbor's hockey rink
and I am planning on getting as drunk as 10k Indians. Burp.

Happy fuckin' new year!

Well for different reasons I am looking forward to the end of the
ought years too. 09 was ok for me and mine, but it wasn't up to par
with the previous years.

Let's look forward to a better year - AS SOON AS THIS FUCKING SNOW
MELTS!

Happy fucking New Year to you too. ;-)

This year started with a funeral: my wife's mother, who dies last
Christmas. Not good. Throughout the year, The Boss From Hell did his
best to screw things up for me and everyone else, and I was looking for
another job. As were several good colleagues.

Hey-ho, come the autumn, the main board lifted the corner of his carpet,
peered underneath, shrieked, pulled all the panic handles, and lo! The
Boss From Hell was out of the door, and I (and others) got nice fat pay
rises and better working conditions. Odd how things pan out. So I'm
definitely pleased with the way the year went.

Oh, and I bought a brand new bike, too :-))

On the downside, 2010 looks like starting with a funeral as well, as my
own mother is near death, so the family's on red alert.

On the other hand, in 2010 my wife and I travel out to Chile to look for
our new home....

Happy New Year to all.

Just say the word and we'll send you a toasty Chinook wind.

Naw, it's ubiquitious. Read Dilbert.

weather messed up my crops for the second year in a row, didn`t get done
harvest untill dec 4th and then had to step out of the combine and into
the truck hauling 14 hr days the very next day.
On the plus side I did get to ride the bike more this year than in a
long time. KB
