How long have you been riding? Sometimes it's tough to figure out the
gears if you're new. Otherwise, I've found that it's almost impossible to
shift gears at all when at a complete stop--the bike needs to be moving at
least a little in order for the gears to switch. Try gently rocking the
bike forward or back when trying to change the gear. Or just switch into
the gear you want while still moving as you're coming to a stop. I hope
it wasn't too expensive if this is really the solution.

Hi,
I think the bike has a Oil-bath-Clutch? Are you using the right oil?
did you really change all components? Also the "clutch basket" and the hub?

Not bloody long if he referrs to the bike as an "SRAD".
Something in me always cringes when I hear someone say,
"yeah, I've got one of those new Suzuki SRADs!"
See? It's cringing right now, isn't it?

Try adjusting the chain. Sometimes when the chain gets to slack, neutral can
be hard to find when the bikes not rolling...
A pretty common phenomena on many bikes...

Yeah, but you can't coutersteer yours without the counter-wheelie
option, and then the front wheel won't come down.
