It's an article about Tour De France technology with an inappropriate
picture next to the detail of the bikes used for coverage.

I think it's a fairly big guy on a naked Ducati Desmo 750ss with high
pipes and a racing number of 666. Anyone know who it is and what bike
they're riding?

I can't answer the question but why on earth would they show this when
talking about the Tour camera bikes, lol. For the helocopter they should
show an old Bell 47 in the Korean war :)
