I have this book, and I do recommend it. It has specific instructions for
several models, and the instructions are good reading regardless of your
bike type. Incidentally, I had my cylinder re-plated by Eric Gorr. He also
did a mild porting job on it, and it really works great. Got some real power
out of my RMX.
