What are a good fitten pair of riding pants for someone who is NOT on the
slim side. I'm 5'-6" 170 lbs with about a 33 waist and like loser fitting
pants. Most mx pants I've tried seem to be fitted for taller guys, tight
around my upper legs and butt with too long legs and the knee panel coming
in around mid shin. Any help would be appreciated.

Check out Sinisalo stuff. They seem to have a little larger cut.
Look around you'll see a lot of fat old guys wear it.
Probably what I'll be buying next. =8^/

try the new Oneal hardwear stuff, I am about the same height as you, and even
fatter, and I love my oneal gear, it has lasted through a whole season of abuse
with no problems, it still looks brand new, and it fits perfect

MSR stuff is nice for me, and I'm built just about like you. The MSR stuff
has a farly long "crotch length", so you don't get the plumber's crack when
you're busting through the whoops and your sjirt comes untucked. The pants
are also roomy in the thighs and knees and not too long.

I am real fat way fatter than you. Try the Flesh Gear. They make phat
pants and phat shirts also big enough for fat people like me. I like
to have the room in the legs so when I crash I don't tear my pants. I
only recommend them if you want the over the boot look. Otherwise I
dont think they make Tight speedo pants.
