CR125-250-500 Horsepower and Torque Numbers???

Does anyone know the horsepwer and torque numbers of the current model
year CR125-250-500? Also, I have never owned a dirtbike, but I had a
Honda 250R FourTrax (RIP) that I loved. I sold the damn thing thinking I
could buy another new one when I got done with school but Honda fooled me
and now I am wondering about a bike. I would like a little more power
with a 240 lb rider than the 39 hp FourTrax with a 170-180 pound rider
(me back then). Should I get a a 250 or a 500? My wife weighs about 125
and is 5'8". Would we be well matched at a cc per pound of bodyweight?
