Anyone know where or if you can get Blue replacement plastics for an
XR400.

:-) It wont work! No matter how blue you make the XR it'll never be a YZ.

Now here is a thought. I have seen some plastics that you can use RIT dye on
them. Wonder if you got white parts and tried the dye if it would work or
not. Would need a big ass vat of dye though.

You did not mention what year XR you were trying to fit .... or if you are
looking for a factory fit or just blue fenders, but when I read your post
the first thing that came to mind were UFO's 'universal' fenders. Dennis
Kirk sells them online, and from the pics in the catalog, they look like
they would fit my XR350. Cheap too!

I don't think you understand what he's trying to do Doug. He's trying to
make it look like a Yamaha so that when he races his opponents will not fear
him. For his opponents will think that the bike is heavy, underpowered, and
has a better chance of breaking down before completing a single lap. It's a
common trick used by red riders to fool the competition. It's works all the
time.
