I am digging the old Bultaco Sherpa T 350 out of the barn and was wondering
if there are any good vintage trial websites ? or even trials websites in
general. The new fad today is indoor trials maybe the sport is coming back.
I live in Iowa and was wondering if there is any trial riders out there that
post to this list.
If so let me know about the sites and the riders.
Thanks,
Speedy

Trials seems to be alive and well, indoor/outdoor/anywhere you find it.

BTW - Some dude has a beautiful (looks mint) Yamaha Trials bike on EBAY.

Just do a search for trials motorcycle and you should lots of great hits.

Hi Speedy, You have come to the right place! First the American Historic
Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) is the only national organization that
caters to vintage competition motorcycles in the US. And, AHRMA run vintage
trials and your bike is vintage trials legal, for the class called Modern
Classic. Modern Classic - that's the newest era of vintage trials. The oldest
class is for ridged framed, iron engined bikes generally from before 1940.
As it turn out I'm the AHRMA Regional Coordinator (i.e. head worker) for the
Rocky Mountian Region of AHRMA.

The AHRMA web site is at http://www.ahrma.org/

AHRMA runs a National Championship Trials Series of more than 15 event usually
in conjunction with Vintage MX events.

Welcome to the world of Vintage Competition!

Please e-mail me and I will try to answer any and all questions you may have.
