Anyone know what year Honda switched from the 6speed to the 5speed on the

Yup, the last good CR 125 was the '97 steel frame.

My `97 CR125 has the steel frame and a 6-speed (uh, I think...it's
been awhile since I've seen top gear...I can't remember<G>)and I love
that thing. Well, that's not *exactly* what I was saying after my last
ride on the thing last weekend, but I'll heal up and get over it, and
learn how to ride it again, I'm sure. The Pampera has made me lazy.
Lazy don't cut it on the 125...

DOH! I zoned out reading the replies and forgot he was talking about
the 125. Thanks for setting me straight.
