Blown head gasket can cause it to puke it's anti-freeze. If it's not blown
bad (yet), it might not have any other symptoms. (yet)

Have you checked the water pump impeller?

Don't overlook something simple like the radiator cap not holding
pressure adequately. My RMX did the exact same thing. A new cap fixed
it. An automotive cooling system pressure tester can check this
accurately.

They vary but it should hold about 1 bar (15 psi). Check the shop
manual for specific info. You will have to "tee" into the bleed hose
between the two radiators (instead of buying a cap adapter).

I took the cap off an old bike I hade down to the dealer he had a tol to check
it,it was bad, he suggested i go buy a cap from a KTM they hold a few more
pounds than the honda ones, he (this is a honda dealer) tells me this is an old
trick a lot of CR500 riders use to stop the overheating.

I heard the hot ticket was a KX cap for a CR 500. I think its rated
pressure is 1.5 bar vs 1.0 for the CR OEM.
Seems like the first place to start is determining if the original cap
is letting go prematurely.

After reading all the posts, it sounds to me like your head gasket my have
been the problem. If the head gasket has a small leak (pin hole size is all
it takes), hot gases from the cylinder will heat your coolant in a hurry.
I've seen this happen on car engines and have heard about it happening on
motorcycle engines. Less likely possibility is a crack cylinder. Good luck
and let us know what fixed the problem.
