I've had great results with Forward Air. But you need to live near one
of their hubs...

I have had nothing but great success with forward air. But yes, you have to
drive to the hub to pick up the box and the
bike must already be crated (boxed). In most major cities the hub is right
near the airport. (it's air cargo)/
