It might just be my bike but has anyone noticed that when you are
about to hit powerband if you try and sit at the meeting between
powerband and normal it just loses all power??? Sounds like it bogs
out... Please tell me if it's just mine

Dude, I know several people with green bikes (kawasaki) that have this
problem. In fact it is rumored this is the root reason why Ricky Carmichael
switched to honda. But don't worry, there is help. 1992-1995 suzuki
Powerbands and powerband install rings will fit in your bike. Go to the local
Suzuki authorized dealer and get one, they are only about 32.95 and really
easy to put in your bike. The guy at the Suzuki dealer can help you with that.
Check it out, tell us how it works, I have ridden a KX with the Yellow suzuki
powerband in it and it FLYS!

Your carb probably needs a bit of attention, if the jetting is out or the
internals are dirty it will do that, check your manual to see what the stock
jet #s and pin position are and compare, if you are not confident in doing
this find someone who is [ not thinks they are , but actually are , alot of
damage can be done if the jetting is far out ] ...
Good luck with it.
Dave.
