BG, but know art work. Has anyone out there seen any and have a copy?

I've just turned out my copy of Roger Freeman's "The Mighty Eighth War
Manual" on Page 155, he lists the YB-40's by serial number, nickname (where
known) and final disposal. Here's the list of nicknames he gives:

Serial No Nickname

42-5731 No nickname recorded
42-5733 Peoria Prowler
42-5734 Seymour Angel
42-5735 No nickname recorded
42-5736 Tampa Tornado
42-5737 Dakota Demon
42-5738 Boston Tea Party
42-5739 Lufkin Ruffian
42-5740 Monticello
42-5741 Chicago
42-5742 Plain Dealing Express
42-5743 Woolaroc
42-5744 Dollie Madison
42-5833 No nickname recorded

I built a model of 42-5741, which was presented to the Base Heritage Center
at RAF Alconbury back in 1992. In the absence of a photo of the noseart, I
took a bit of artistic licence and just added the name "Cicago" in white,
freehand script on the port nose. The conversion was done as Boeing did on
the real thing, modifying a B-17F (Hasegawa). When the airfield closed and
the Heritage Center was shut down, the YB-40 and all the other models
donated by our local IPMS(UK) Branch were tossed into a large cardboard box
and shipped up to RAF Molesworth, which now administers the domestic site at
Alconbury. Needless to say, a lot of hard work was destroyed... ah well, I
have my Paragon conversion set and an Academy B-17F waiting...
Hope this has been of some use! If any noseart does turn up, I'll be
interested...
Cheers,
Chris Hughes

There was a photo of a B-17/YB-40 in the Jan 24 Kansas City Star
Travel section of Dakota Demon.
No artwork, just a simple script name. Could be yellow or white. BTW
the photo showed a flat cheek gun installation and a early-style
heavily-framed forward top turret.
