Well the title almost says it all. I assume the thing is (green)
plastic; but does it get repainted as the vehicules change
theatre/mission(aka UN) or does it always retain its original finsh
(wether or not it is green to start with).
Any info appreciated (gotta finish that Scorpion in time for a local
contest!).

>Hi gang,
Hi Ben,
Concord's "Operation Granby", by Bob Morrison, shows both the issued
black/dark gray, and also some over painted with the desert sand color of the
vehicles. There are some very nice color shots of vehicles with both colors.
The black seems most common.

If they're anything like the US ones (or indeed my old unit's
'official' Igloo coolers), then they're blow-molded polyethylene, which
doesn't hold paint worth a tinker's damn. I'd be sure to have the paint
chipping and peeling off to show the base color in all of the 'high
traffic' areas.
