Don't know about the titles you're looking for, but the books by Mike
Davidson and Kim Jones are great for painting and customizing figures.
They're available from Schiffer Publications

www.kalmbach.com is the publisher of the two titles that DangerAtom
mentioned. I have the Building and Painting Scale Figures by Shep Paine,
it is mainly geared at using oils, while the second book you mentioned I
believe the author use mostly acrylic techniques. I can reccomend Shep
Paine's book, nice color photos with lots of good information.

Ah, no. The ones I was talking about are from Schiffer. And I believe Mike
Davidson should have a new one coming out soon, if it's not out already. But
the books by Shep are a great standard in modeling. I'd recommend any of
them. And they make great stocking stuffers. :-) Hey, Christmas is only 6
months away.
