I've tried a letter to Marco Polo with no answer (I heard this was
typical). Any suggestions? I need the "D" part for the Leopold Railway
gun-it's the bottom of the railcar body.

Thanks,

Well Bob, I had some parts missing from a Hasagawa 1/48 Sea King helo and I
contacted Marco Polo.............I phoned them from time to time, and then
began FAXing them almost weekly. Parts did show up but it took almost a year. I
think it's because they don't stock "spare parts" in the USA so they have to
wait to get them from Japan. They were always very polite and explained the
delima from their end. Since I had plenty to work on in the mean time I was not
too worried about getting the parts, I just never thought it would take that
long.

Write to the address in the instructions. I contacted Hasegawa at that
address in December and they sent me some replacement parts in about 3
weeks.
