No, there's no M4A2 in the 1997 DML Catalogue. There are :

76 (W) Sherman, Firefly Ic, M4A3 (76) W HVSS Sherman, M4A3 HVSS POA-CWS-H5
Flamethrower, Israeli m50 Super Sherman, M51 I-Sherman.

An M4A2 "Okinawa" was announced on the Marco Polo Imports website, but
then cancelled. No big loss, it would have been a late M4A2, and most
modellers would rather have an early model I think.

Bummer. USMC armor is one of my genres
Robert
It's better to have entered a model in a contest and lost, than to have collected stamps.
I have the late version TTW M4A2. It's nice. The early version,if it's
the same as done when together with Panzer Concepts, they used the late
style cast drivers' hoods as seen on the MP Models, Tamiya M4 & DML M4A4
kits. As far as I know, that style was not used on A2's. It's
contemporary A2 style was the welded type as seen on the unfortunately
terrible Verlinden kit. I,for one, would take any plastic M4A2 with a
separate engine deck. BTW, the TTW/Panzer Concepts early A2 would work
for a re-engined Egyptian M4 (Sherman I) assuming any were obtained from
the British. I have seen an Egyptian M32B1 ARV (cast hull) with a M4A2
style engine deck & exhaust. Sorry---rambling again. :-) Shermans do
that to me!! Tom

Look at the catalog numbers and see the big gaps. These are the surprize
issues that will appear in addition those shown in the catalog. Who
knows, there could be other Shermans lurking behind this veil of
secrecy.

I already have it in my hot little hands, one sale here in sunny
Singapore!! Very, very nice...they even give you option of either one
piece tracks, or link by link.
Glen
Do you know what the price is on this kit?
Thanks
Charlie
