Liability most likely ?

Not all states are 18 and for liability , you default to the common
denominator.

What age do you have to be to be able to rent a motor home in most states?

Yes it is indeed needed to meet liability laws in all 50 states.
Anyone younger than 21 needs a parent or guardian to submit the
liability release and statement of purpose along with the purchase.

We know this is a bummer for the many responsible young adult rocketry
enthusiasts out there, but considering what other supply companies are
being subjected to by the powers at be and how quick people are to sue
their way to wealth and avoid personal responsibility, we can't afford
the risk.
