There is mention in a M.A.N article about design software (Jan '95) of a program
called "The Eppler Airfoil Design and Analysis Code" which is marketed by a company
called Somers and Maughmer Inc.

That might be the one you are looking for, but I don't
think you'll find it on the web, as the list price is $1,500 (US$).

it is a catalog of NASA software, but it is NOT FREE :-(
