Exceed blaze Star help needed

I bought this since it was proposed at being stable for a beginner. I
proceeded to break off the tail and lots of blades in the living room
and better at flying. I then replaced the broken blades and took it
outside and it flew a bit but it proceeded to spring about the blade
axis regardless of trim adn even horizontal position of the joystick.

Exceed didn't supply any directions as to adjustments other than trim
so I have no idea how bring the torque into balance or why it is not
working. Is it electronic, mechanical?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Anyway, if I'm correct, in guessing your actual problem--
The main shaft to the blades may not be true any longer.
Next when you replaced the blades did you check to see that they were the
same weight and balance?
What about blade tracking--did you check for proper tracking.
Last, but not least, the linkage ball connectors may be binding, causing
abrupt changes (jumps) in behavior when you move the controls.
In a severe case of crash damage, the servos may have been damaged.

Caviat: My remarks are general and pertain to virtually all of the smaller
electric helicopters.
The model you describe is a "co-axial" helicopter, These are very
susceptable to main shaft damage, due to the long shaft length.
Blade Tracking and balance is also a major consideration.
