The Giant Aeromaster is without a doubt the nicest flying aircraft I
have had in 15 years of modeling. It simply has no bad habits. It is a
delight to fly and a delight to land. The US 41 has adequate power for
the sport flyer but if you are into serious aerobatics then a G45 or G62
would be more appropiate. I put six gal. of fuel through mine this
summer.

This is one great flying plane. I would not install the US 41 engine as they
suggest. The couple that I've seen like that were marginal in power. I
powered mine with a Zenoah G62 w/CH electronic ignition. Can you say
"Fabulous performance?"
The instructions/plans give you the option of installing the rudder/elevator
servos in the rear of the fuse, & along with the battery pack at the rear of
the front fuse compartment: perfect balance.

I'm still building mine. It will be set up with a G62 as well. I can't wait
to fly this plane. I have not heard one bad thing about it.

Kim,
The GP Giant Aeromaster is an outstanding flyer. Don't pass it up if at all
possible. I flew mine most of the last summer........It was great!

O.K.....your first 'bad comment'......you have to build TWO wings :-0

I'll still take my Super Stinker by Midwest w/ Moki 1.8, but you will
sure beat me in fuel department!

I'm sure that BME would sell you a replacement for that fuel
guzzling Moki if you managed to pry it from the Super
Stinker's firewall, Jerry. 8>)

I've got one that i'm currently building, and I've flown a couple that
belong to other people. This is one of the sweetest flying models,
biplane or otherwise, that i've ever flown. I've had 4 of the .60
sized aeromasters over the past 20 years, and loved every one of them!
you can't go wrong with this thing, unless you put a us41 on it.
Spend the extra dollars for a bigger engine. I almost got a g62 for
mine, but when I ran across a 3.2 Sachs w/ ignition for less than
$250, well, the G62 was history!

Get it, build it straight, and have a ball!

I have the Giant Aeromaster with an old Quadra 52 engine and smoke.
It flies awesome.
I did the same design on the box except, instead of the white I have bright
yellow and instead of the black I have purple.

I also have a Giant Aeromaster with G-62, good flyer but I can't keep
it out of the weeds and I keep ripping the gear off!
